Bura Rukatac


Bura Rukatac is a wine of golden color, slightly aromatic with floral aromas, persistent and low alcohol.

Made in a traditional way, like the dry wine of macerated grapes.

Tasting note

The wine is clear, golden yellow in color, of medium viscosity and concentration, with a very vivid color.

On the nose it is clean, of good quality, long-lasting aroma and very strong intensity. Emphasized fruitiness and florality. Fruits: yellow apples, stone fruits (peach), oranges, Mediterranean evergreen, chamomile, dried grass. Very pleasant and balanced aroma.

In the mouth dry, warm and very soft. Pronounced freshness while its alcohol is medium. In the mouth we also find fine fruit, emphasis on ripe apples and Mediterranean herbs. Medium body, very good harmony. Fine and long-lasting flavor with a lighter finish.

Serve at a temperature of 12 ° C, with seafood dishes. A classic “buzara” (stew) or octopus „peka“ (octopus cooked in a pot covered in hot coals for hours) would be the ideal match for this wine. The wine is ready to consume although it can be stored for several more years, from 3 to 5 years. Very well balanced. Ideally macerated. 92/100


Opis vina

Vino je bistro, zlatno žute boje, srednje viskoznosti i koncetracije, vrlo živa boja. Na nosu čisto, fine kakvoće, dugotrajnog mirisa i vrlo jakog intenziteta. Naglašena vočnost i floralnost. Voće – žute jabuke, koštanjičavo voće (breskve), naranče, mediteransko smilje, kamilica, sušena trava. Vrlo ugodnog i izbalansiranog mirisa.

U ustima suho, toplo i vrlo mekano. Svježina je izražena dok mu je alkohol srednji. U ustima isto tako nalazimo finu vočnost, naglasak na zreloj jabuci, te mediteransko bilje. Srednjeg tijela, vrlo dobre harmonije. Dugotajan i fin okus sa malo lakšim završetkom.

Posužiti ga na tempereturi od 12C, uz jela od školjaka. Klasična buzara ili hobotnica ispod peke bi bila idealan partner ovom vinu. Vino je spremno iako se vino može čuvati još nekoliko godina. Moja procjena 3-5 godina. Vrlo dobro izbalansirano vino. Macerirano idealno.  92/100
