Bura Plavac

 


Bura Plavac is a young and fresh wine, pleasantly acid, with fruity aromas, with a medium body and solid tannins. It comes from the most important and protected Croatian wine variety: Plavac mali crni.

Plavac was always the drink and food of the Dalmatian farmers and fishermen.

Tasting note

The wine is clear, ruby red in color with purple discs, medium concentration and medium viscosity. The youthful color, in addition to the classic ruby, also has purple pigments.

On the nose: intense, fine quality and long lasting. The emphasis is on fruity aromas, and slightly floral. There is also earth minerality. Fruits – blue berries, blueberries, mani currants, fresh black plums, cherries. Violet, a few spicy notes, cocoa, chocolate, caramel.

In the mouth: dry, warm and soft. Freshness of medium intensity, tasty, soft and light tannin structure. The tannins are rounded, soft and fruity. Fruity in the mouth follows that on the nose. So blue fruit ripe blueberry, plum, cherry, with spicy notes. The wine is harmonious, serve it at a temperature of 14 ° C with tuna dishes, grilled tuna steak or local blue fish.The wine is ready to drink, but it can also be aged for another 3 years. Tasty and well balanced. 90/100.


Opis vina

Vino je bistro, rubinsko crvene boje sa ljubičastim diskovima, koncentracija srednja i viskoznost srednja. Mlađahna boja uz klasičanu rubinsku ima i pigmenata ljubičaste.

Na nosu: intenzivno, fine kakvoće i dugotrajno. Naglasak je na voćnim aromama, te neznatno floralnim. Nalazi se isto tako zemljana mineralnost. Voće – plavo bobičasto voće, borovnica, mani ribizl, svježa crna šljiva, višnja. Ljubica, malo začinskih nota, kakao, čokolada, karamela.

U ustima: suho, toplo i mekano. Svježina srednjg intenziteta, ukusno, mekane i lagane taninske strukture. Tanini su zaokruženi, mekani i voćni. Voćnost u ustima prati onu na nosu. Znači plavo voće zrela borovnica, šljiva, višnja, sa začinksim notoama. Vino je harmonično, poslužiti ga na temperaturi od 14 ° C uz jela od tune, tuna steak sa žara ili lokalna plava riba, palamida, luci itd. Vino je spremno za piti, ali isto tako može još 3 godine odležati. Ukusno i dobro izbalansirano. 90/100
