Bura Galerija is a unique dry red wine, a coupage of the native Dalmatian variety Plavac mali, Cabernet Sauvignon and Marsellane. With ripe sweet aromas, delicious acidity and sweet tannins that create an expressive flavor typical of the terroir and a balanced wine.

Tasting note

The wine is clear, ruby-purple color, medium vigor, concentration medium, lively and youthful color.

On the nose: clean, fine quality, long-lasting scent and strong intensity. Its fruitiness is emphasized, but not the overripe fruit that is otherwise classic for this winery. Dark blueberry fruit, dark plum, red cherry, black currant. Lots of floral scent, violets, green peppers. Spices less pronounced, a little cocoa, coffee, cloves. The smell is pleasant, the nose is dominated by Marsellan and Cabernet Sauvignon. Earth minerality.

In the mouth: dry, warm, soft, very good freshness. Delicious wine with medium tannins that are well rounded. The structure in his mouth is soft with a great balance, with aromas of fresh blueberries, plums, cherries, chocolate. The wine is long-lasting with a great finish, Plavac dominated in the mouth, but the Marsellan acid blended brilliantly into this wine.

The wine is harmonious and is served at a temperature of 16 ° C, medium + body. It can be served with Neretva brodet, which of course should not be extra spicy. Wine can be consumed now but it can also be stored for 3-5 years and then consumed. 93/100


Opis vina

Vino je bistro, rubinsko-ljubičaste boje, srednje vistoznosti, koncentacija srednja, živa i mlađahna boja.

Na nosu: čisto, fine kakvoće, dugotrajnog mirisa te jakog intenziteta. Naglašena mu je voćnost, ali ne prezrelo voće koje je inače klasično za ovu vinariju. Tamno voće borovnica, tamna šljiva, crvena višnja, crni ribizl. Dosta floralnog mirisa, ljubičice, zelena paprika. Začini manje izraženi, malo kakaa, kava, klinčić. Miris je ugodan, na nosu je izdominiran marselan i cabernet sauvignon, u dobrom smislu naravno. Zemljana mineralnost.

U ustima: suho, toplo, mekano, jako dobre svježine. Ukusno vino sa srednjim taninima koji su dobro zaokruženi. Struktura u ustima mu je mekana odličnog balansa, sa aromama svježeg voća borovnice, šljive, višnje, čokolade. Vino je dugotrajno sa odličnim završetkom, plavac je izdominirao u ustima, ali se kiselina od marselana sjano uklopila u ovo vino. Vino je harmonično i poslužuje se na temperaturi od 16 ° C, srednjeg + tijela. Može se poslužiti uz neretvanski brodet koji naravno ne bi smio bit extra ljut.
